By accessing and using the Stronger Me application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Stronger Me for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Payment

Stronger Me offers a subscription service with a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged ₹200 per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The information provided by Stronger Me is for general informational purposes only. All information on the app is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information.

Before starting any fitness program or making changes to your diet, please consult with a healthcare professional. Stronger Me is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stronger Me, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
